Booking for Someone Else
- Each person must create their own Fresha account with their name and contact details.
- Planning a surprise? Purchase a gift card or contact me directly.
- ⚠️ Booking under your own name/account for someone else will disrupt their consultation process and fees may be incurred.

Weekends / Bank Holidays: No changes possible. Payments non-refundable.
Weekdays:
Over 72 hours notice: Reschedule or refund (minus card fee)
Under 72 hours notice: Full payment, no refunds; gift card void

- My electric couch is suitable for up to 24 stone / 150kg.
- If the couch isn’t an option, we can discuss floor or chair positioning — please let me know in advance so I can prepare the room.

A note about cancer history
If you have ever had cancer, I ask that you share details of your diagnosis and treatment history on your consultation form, even if it was some time ago and you have been given the all clear. This helps me understand how best to support you.
I work within a defined and cautious remit. For safety, I do not use deep pressure and certain techniques in areas affected by cancer or its treatment (such as surgery or radiotherapy), due to the lasting sensitivity of lymphatic and underlying tissues. If you are experiencing pain, swelling, or other unexplained symptoms—particularly in an area previously affected by cancer—it’s important that these are checked by a medical professional first. This isn’t about excluding you from massage; it’s about making sure you’re properly supported and that massage is appropriate for you. Once symptoms have been medically assessed, or if you are symptom-free, you are very welcome to book. With a full understanding of your history, I am usually able to offer a calm, supportive massage that prioritises comfort, rest, and feeling at ease in your body. If you are at all unsure, please email me before booking, with details and your telephone number and we can talk about it.
