Before you book, please read the information on this page carefully. It explains how to book correctly and what I need to know before your session.
Booking without reading this may cause delays, cancellations, or mean I’m unable to provide the treatment safely. Taking a moment to read it ensures your booking is smooth and appropriate.
Booking for Someone Else
⚠️ Do not use your Fresha account to book for someone else.
Each client must book under their own account.
If you are booking for another person, please purchase a gift card or contact me directly.
Consultation Form
Please complete your consultation form in your Fresha account as soon as possible after booking. You’ll find it in the Forms section once your appointment is booked.
If it isn’t completed at least 24 hours before your appointment, we may need to go through it during your session, which reduces time on the couch.
If needed, I can call you to review the form beforehand or allow extra time at your appointment with advance notice.
If the form or our conversations indicate a reason I cannot provide treatment, a full refund will be given. It’s always better to discuss this before your appointment rather than arriving on the day.

Couch capacity:
My electric couch supports up to 24 stone / 150 kg. Alternative positions: If the couch isn’t suitable, we can discuss floor or chair positioning — let me know in advance so I can prepare. Your Appointment Your time is secured as soon as you book online.
