What Is Seated Massage?
Seated massage is performed through clothing, using a specialist ergonomic chair.

• No need to undress
• No oils used
• 15–30 minute sessions
• Minimal space required

It focuses on the back, shoulders, neck, arms and head — areas where many people hold tension from desk work or physical roles. I gently encourage a sense of mindfulness, helping each person switch off and return to work clearer, calmer and more focused.

Ideal for those short on time, uncomfortable with oils, or who prefer to remain seated.
