How I Can Accommodate You (examples):
Adjust lighting or music to your preference
Keep feet, eyes, or other areas covered or uncovered
Lie on your side, front, back, or seated
Keep some or all clothing on if you prefer
Explain each movement or follow a consistent routine
Bring comfort items such as fidget toys
Meet briefly before your first appointment to familiarise yourself with the space
Bring your own music or blankets.
