I’m a qualified massage therapist in Weston-super-Mare offering a calm, thoughtful approach that is shaped around you. No two people arrive feeling the same, so no two sessions are identical. Rather than following a fixed routine  I adapt each massage to how you’re feeling physically and emotionally on the day. My work is slow, steady and responsive. There is space to pause, adjust and listen to what your body needs.

A Tailored, Client-Led Approach
Before we begin, we take time to talk through how you’re feeling and what you would like from your session. You are always welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. During your massage, I check in where needed and adjust pressure, pace and technique to suit you. Some days you may need deeper, focused work. Other days you may need something gentler and more settling. You are never expected to “fit” a treatment — the treatment fits you.

Comfort & Environment
Your comfort matters. I aim to create a space where you feel safe,
supported and at ease.
If helpful, we can :
 - Adjust lighting or music to your preference
 - Keep feet, eyes, or other areas covered or uncovered
 - Lie on your side, front, back, or seated
 - Keep some or all clothing on if you prefer
 - Explain each movement or follow a consistent routine
 - Bring comfort items such as fidget toys
 - Meet briefly before your first appointment to familiarise yourself with the space
 - Bring your own music or blankets.
 - Adjust the amount of conversation during your session
You are always in control, and your preferences are respected.
