I provide a restorative experience that supports your well-being and mental health. I specialise in mindful massage that encourages relaxation and body awareness, whether you’re pregnant, have experienced cancer, or are a young person or adult with SENs.
My focus is on creating a calm, nurturing space, working compassionately so you feel:

What I don’t offer:
While I’m skilled in relieving tension, including stress-related tightness, I’m not a clinical therapist and
cannot diagnose or comment on injuries.
