Welcome — I provide restorative massage in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, supporting both wellbeing and mental health. I specialise in mindful treatments that encourage relaxation and body awareness, whether you’re pregnant, recovering from cancer, or a young person or adult with SENs.
My focus is on creating a calm, nurturing space where you feel:

My practice is based just off Wadham Street, in a quiet, welcoming space.

What I don’t offer:
While I’m skilled in relieving tension, including stress-related tightness, I’m not a clinical therapist and cannot diagnose or comment on injuries.
