My massage studio is on a main one way street in Weston-super-Mare.
The doorway is straight off the pavement and has a step up to the door. Currently I do not have a ramp but am working on this.
The doorway is of a standard size.
The first room you enter is very open and can fit the size of a rollator, I can lift the rollator up the first step for you.
It is possible to bring a rollator into the middle room which is the treatment room, but there may be a moment when I need to help manouver it round a tight spot, which may mean you standing unassisted for a short while.
Currently I am really sorry to say that there is no wheelchair access, due to the narrow walkway between my consulation room and the treatment room.
I am working on how best to accommodate and will update this page soon.
A toilet and handbasin are here for use, but it is very small and currently does not have any mobility aids.
Chaperones and service animals are welcome. Please email with your phone number rather than booking online, as I can then offer you appointments that give a little more wiggle room time wise.
If you have visual impairments and would prefer brighter lights be left on, or would like guidance on how to navigate the rooms and get on the couch, let me know. If you are hard of hearing but would rather leave your hearing aids off, we can work out the use of holds or taps to signal when positions need to be changed or techniques altered.
If you have any requirements please let me know and I will do my very best to accomodate.
Any questions, please do ask.
