Cancellation & Commitment PolicyWhen you book with me, that time is set aside just for you. No one else can take it.
WEEKENDS

• Payment is due on booking and is non-refundable. Please only book if you know you can attend.
  

WEEKDAYS

• 72+ hours’ notice → You may reschedule or receive a refund (minus card fee).
  
• Under 72 hours → Full amount is charged / gift card void.
  
• Missed appointments → Full amount is charged.
  
• Late arrivals → Your session will run for the remaining time.
  

Why this mattersAs a self-employed practitioner, I hold your space and turn others away once you’ve booked. When an appointment is cancelled late or missed, it not only limits my ability to support other clients, it also directly affects my income and the running of my small business.
