Re-scheduling an appointment due to illness can't be helped but please give me as much fore-warning as possible if you feel you're coming down with something, so that I have time to fill your space.
email or text/whatsapp or re-schedule in your Fresha account and pick another time. This can be done when you're appointment is over 3 days away.

WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS
Non-refundable: Payment is taken upon booking. Please ensure you can commit to the date
WEEKDAY APPOINTMENTS
72+ hours (3 days) notice: Refund available (minus card fee).
Under 72 hours (3 days): Full amount is charged / Gift card void.
Missed appointments: Full amount is charged.
Late arrivals: Treatment will be for the remaining time.
