Talking you through your first treatment.
At my studio, I offer personalised sessions based on time, allowing me to tailor the experience to meet your unique needs.
Before your initial visit, you'll complete a consultation form to help us understand your preferences. This ensures we focus on the areas you would like, whether it's for relaxation or muscle relief, or a combination of both.
Safety is paramount, and the consultation helps me adapt the treatment according to any ailments you may have. Check my homepage for a list of contraindications; if you have any concerns, feel free to give me a call to discuss.
Upon arrival, we'll have a quick talk about the plan for the session. The into the treatment room where I'll guide you on getting comfortable on the massage table. I'll leave the room to wash my hands, whilst you take a moment to undress to your level of comfort, leaving your undergarments on. I can work through clothes too, this is a good option if this is your first massage experience and you would like an introduction to massage.
You'll then position yourself on the massage couch with the blanket over you.
You'll let me know when you're ready for me to re-enter the room. I'll ensure you're cosey with additional blankets and start the massage. You are always covered with blankets apart from the area being massaged.
Throughout the session, feel free to communicate if any areas feel particularly good or if you'd prefer adjustments. It's your time, and we'll make it perfect for you.
At the end of the session, I leave the room allowing you to have a stretch and check in with how you are feeling.
You'll then have a few moments more to rest in the waiting area with some water.
