Indian Head Massage usually includes massage to the face, scalp, shoulders, neck and arms.
It is traditionally carried out with the client sitting on a low back chair but I will as standard, carry it out with the client lying on the massage couch, as it's easier to let go of body tension when you're not thinking about trying to stay upright.
It can be through clothes and dry, or oils can be used with clothes removed.
The treatment is traditionally 30-45minutes, but I suggest having a full hour when using the massage table.
There is an option for 30minutes seated, clothed massage. Please let me know upon booking if you would like the specially designed massage chair, or to sit leaning over the massage couch. Both are comfortable, it is your personal preference.
